How do I delete junk folder from primary e-mail account?
A delete option for the junk folder exists for both of my sub e-mail accounts but not does seem to exist for my primary e-mail account. How do I delete it?

You cannot delete it because Thunderbird has been told to use it in the Junk settings for the account.
Thunderbird menu: Tools: Account Settings. (If you cannot see the Thunderbird menu, press the Alt key or F10 key on your keyboard to show the menu)
Select "Junk Settings" under the account on the left side, and change the settings on the right side. See my screenshot below.
I'm curious, though, why don't you want Junk folders? You like seeing junk/spam e-mails in your Inbox?
