Olá,

seu problema é semelhante a esse https://support.mozilla.org/pt-BR/questions/1081670, já que nos dois casos o máquina virtual Java é executada e logo após um encerramento involuntário. Verifique se essa solução resolve seu problema. Se não, por favor volte e relate.
