Suddenly in the last few days when I either Print, Reply or Forward a message I get a whole lot of text appearing at the top of the message - it contains all sorts of technical details which go on for almost an A4 page length. I can delete the text. but not the table that contains it - which means that whoever receives it is looking at a blank page unless they scroll well below the bottom of the first screen. It does not contain the details you would normally see at the top of a Forwarded or Replied message.

Unless I seek a Print Preview I don't realise this information is there until it prints. I don't believe I have changed any settings recently to cause this and I've gone through everything I can think of to no avail. See attached Screen Shot - this is only around half the total text that appears.

I'm running Windows 10 on a 64bit i7 Dell XPS8700 and using Thunderbird 45.2.0. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Go the the View Menu and set Headers to Normal instead of All.

I don't believe it was that easy! Thank you very much - I was ripping my hair out. I should have asked for support much earlier.
