the adobeconnect admin area opens. when I select a meeting room, I get the customary indication that the room is opening, but nothing more happens. this is on a Dell Latitude E6410 PC using the latest version of Firefox. this is the first time i've encountered this problem and I use this program all the time. I'm also using the latest version of Flash.

the site opens fine in chrome and in Safari on my MAC

I want to use Firefox -- help!

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools (or New Fx Menu > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

You can also try running in Firefox Safe Mode to see if an extension might be causing the issue.

If the above does not help;

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

Remove History For One Site Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
