Firefox crashes when open or startup on igoogle
Locking duplicate thread.

This is from the folder. The other is from help (look the same). Tried safe mode, disabling add-ons, changed acceleration, changed 10 to a 9.0.2 version. All have same results.
No crash ID is listed?

Have a look at the article firefox crashes
If you are not seeing any CrashID s that could be because Firefox is not actually crashing but hanging instead, in which case see firefox hangs
It doesn't seem to hang, since it shuts down immediately, but I do at times get an error message about having 2 windows open and do I want to shut one down with the browser re-opening on its own to a standard google page. If I shut the "plain" google page then the igoogle is left and instantly shuts down. If I shut the igoogle down, then the "plain" google page stays open and I can use the browser normally. I will try the suggestions in the Firefox Hangs area as you suggest. I appreciate your comments very much. Thank you.
