Why do I get a message at the top of my MSN homepage to add MSN extension when I have already done so?

My add-on show both MSN homepage and MSN homepage with Bing but each time I open Firefox I keep getting that message at the top of the browser. I have 2 blue butterflies showing in the bookmarks toolbar. I have now removed both add-ons until this can get resolved.

Yes it is an MSN issue, they created that add-on and they are suggesting that users install it. And the two MSN add-ons that I see at the add-ons website are both created by Microsoft Corporation; other than hosting those add-ons, Mozilla has nothing to do with them (as is with the case for almost all add-ons that are available from the Mozilla.Addons.Org website.)

Have you asked MSN support?

Sorry if I wasn't clearer in describing my issue. This happens in Firefox. If I chose to add the MSN extension as suggested I still get this message at the top of the MSN.com page in Firefox. I do not get the same message to add the MSN extension using Microsoft Edge ever. So you think this is an MSN issue not Firefox?
