On my desktop I am using Chrome browser and on my tablet and phone Dolphin browser. I would rather use Firefox on both desktop and mobiles as Dolphin is a bit unstable but I have one big issue with Firefox Android. I still use my bookmarks quite a lot and I have to take to many actions to get to my bookmarks with both Chrome and Firefox on my tablet and phone. That’s why I use Dolphin. In dolphin browser I just swipe from left to right to get to my bookmarks. Very fast and neat. Can’t you give us this feature (fast) in Android Firefox?

I don't think it would be introduced. In Firefox you can set up bookmarks in front of the new tab page.
Why, technical problems. Copyrights?
They say that it would be quite a radical change in the UI. And Firefox for Android extensions API doesn't support sidebars yet.
I see. But am I the only one who finds this convenient. Give Dolphin a try and see how easy and fast the side swipes are. Thanks anyway for your time. I'll stick to Dolphin then.
Hi
If you swipe from left to right from the Firefox for Android home pane, you should be able to access your bookmarks.
We do keep the design of the interface under review and improvements to this may be considered in a future release of Firefox for Android.
Hi Seburo, I appreciate your suggestion but if you gave Dolphin a try you know that swiping left to right in Firefox Android doesn't come close. One swipe in Dolphin and you are in your bookmarks. One swipe in Firefox Android leads to at least another 3 to 5 things to do before reaching the bookmarks. Maybe one button can do the same job and give us the speed we need. I just hope you learn and implement this in a new version of Firefox Android.
