Crash ID: bp-55a53f73-2164-45e5-801c-3bd6e2140213 Firefox crashes when I try to start it. But it does not crash on my wife's user on the same computer (Early-2001 Macbook Pro running OSX 10.9.1). I've tried reinstalling Firefox, starting Firefox in safe mode, Resetting Firefox and creating a new profile. I've also checked and repaired permissions on my computer. Nothing has worked. Please help!

That worked! Rapport was already up to date, so I just disabled it and problem solved. Thanks so much.

That looks like a problem with Trusteer software (RapportTanzan26.dylib).

Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software.

You can try to contact Trusteer for support.
