babylonというソフトが勝手にインストールされたので、そのbabylonをアンインストールしました。その後、firefoxを起動させようとしたら、クラッシュレポータが出て、firefoxが起動できない状態になりました。セーフモードでも起動できません。一度firefoxをアンインストールして、もう一度firefoxをインストールしたのですが、それでも解決しません。どうか解決方法を教えてください。
