I do not know where my account recovery key went to after I down loaded it. I should not have down loaded it. I don't know enough about these phones. I hope you do not lock me out.

I am sorry, but we have no way to access your account. The data is encrypted, so without a valid password or recovery key, it is not possible to access it.

Thanks for stepping out & trying to help me find my recovery key. I just dont know where the key went to. All is not lost. I have not forgotten my password. I asked for a recovery key, im 65, i forget things. Ive looked in my downloads. Ive shuffled things around in my downloads. Sorry, if it sounded like i cried fire in a theatre. Thanks again Seburo & to who happened to be reading.

Sou esquecido e perdi a chave mestra. Segui a orentação da Mozzila:

Redefinir a senha mestra remove todos os nomes de usuário e senhas salvos.

   Na barra de endereços do Firefox, digite o seguinte endereço:
   chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul.
   Pressione Enter. 

Quando insiro chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul.

   Verifique se existem erros de escrita no nome do ficheiro.
   Verifique se o ficheiro foi movido, renomeado ou apagado.
