Every time I open Firefox Browser, it asks me to update again and/or download the update. It seems to be successful but then it happens again. I have even had more computer savvy people try it with the same results. I have shut down the computer and restarted but no change. How can I get this to be permanently updated and not ask me each time if I want to update? Susan Gaumont

Hi

Can you take a screenshot of the update message you are getting and attach it as a response to this thread?

This will help us to understand what you are seeing.

I have attached a photo since there is no way to do a screen shot on a blank screen. You can see the dialog box says "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" If I say Yes - then I get: Firefox is installing your updates and will start in a few moments. (I have said yes many times after downloading the update below.) If I say No - then I get: Firefox can't update to the latest version. Download a fresh copy of Firefox and we'll help you to install it. See what's new. Download or Not Now. (I have downloaded many, many times). I can click on the X, but I get this dialog box every single time I open Firefox and I want it to go away. Susan Gaumont
