"Advice of the day" browser opening page 6-5-17. The suggested "Forget" button looks exactly like the "Restore" button. Partial- Category: Customize controls, options and add-ons change category. Forget button not in customize anyway. Foxfire 48.0.2 because of osx version.

With the Restore button you mean the Reload button on the location/address bar to reload the page or is this another button?

You can move this button to the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list (right-click: Move to Menu) to give it a label if you get confused.
