Unable to use Bill Pay at Bank of America - Internet Explorer works ok
My Accounts for Payment are not displayed on the BOA Bill Pay Center display. Therefore I am unable to select the institution I wish to pay.

Please create a screenshot of the problem you're seeing by following the guide mentioned at How do I create a screenshot of my problem?.
Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. You really help us to visualize the problem.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Cleared cache. Removed all cookies form all BoA sites. Tried Safe Mode. No help. I believe this problem appeared after I upgraded Firefox to 14. Usually only use the bill pay towards end of month.
The accounts available for payment should show on this screen instead of all the text.
What happens if you click "Hide message" on the bottom of the text?
See attached screen shot... Apparently you did not understand the problem. The operation works correctly with Internet Explorer. Previously Firefox worked correctly. It had been approx one month since the last time I accessed the data. I believe Firefox was updated to level 14 during that time. I do not know what level it was before then.
