I have a sender that contacted me and told me I needed to contact my email provider to have his email removed from a spam list. The sender is kevin.carroll@zekelman.com I would like him to be allowed to send me emails.

No one here knows who your provider is or has any control over your providers spam filtering. Hopefully you know who your provider is and a simple search would find a way to contact them. You more than likely have control of their spam filtering it you log into your account at their webmail site.

If I was the sender I would not be pleased that you foolishly posted my email address in a public forum for all to see.
