I want to install the 32 bit on my Windows 10 and get rid of the 64 bit. How do I do this?
I use Trusteer Rapport -as recommended by banking institutions-in order to do banking more safely online. Trusteer only supports the 32 bit version of Firefox so I want the 32 bit. I was able to change to the 32 bit easily and got rid of the 64 bit easily-before the newest update of Windows 10. Now I am being forced to use 64 bit and I don't want it. I want the 32 bit. Also since I am not very computer literate, I need a relatively simple explanation on how to do this. I did read on the support forum that other people were having problems with this and as far as I read, their issue was not resolved.

Please have a look at this support article. Before installing the 32-bit version, you can safely uninstall the 64-bit version without losing any info or settings.

Firefox comes in two or more folders on all computers. They are;
Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.
If you remove the Firefox folder, the user folders would not be affected.
I did click on the support link that was sent to me by Tonnes, however, I just downloaded the 32 bit without removing the 64 bit and the 32 bit replaced the 64 bit without me having to remove the 32 bit first.
That was very good work. Well done.
That is the way the installer is supposed to work.
