Hi,

I need some help with the following.

1) Some Incoming messages come into my Inbox then disappear immediately. They do not go into the Junk or trash. The messages are from friends and family in some case and have never been marked as Junk or spam.

2) Many important messages from trusted sources go immediately into the junk folder and not even after marking them as "not Junk" can I get them back into the inbox. I also tried the "Send to Inbox Again" feature and that does not work.

These are very serious issues!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm at my wits end and am thinking of dumping Thunderbird.

Thanks JR

I don't know what to say about (1). Have you checked on your email providers website for them? I wonder if they are being moved to a folder on the server that Thunderbird can't see.

For those in your second point, try moving them to the Inbox in your Local Folders account. If they stay put, this is strong evidence that the server, or more specifically, its anti spam system is to blame.
