Syncing Issue - First it Doesn't Recognize Account, Now it won't Sync at All
I reinstalled Windows 8.1 on my computer and have been having trouble syncing my Firefox account.
Two nights ago, I synced Firefox bookmarks with no issues. However, when I went to check the selection for "History," it did not sync properly. LAST night, it completly signed me out and did not allow me to sign back in, despite even resetting the password, it would note "Incorrect username or password." Today, the account did allow me to sign in, but nothing has synced.
What has happened? I do have Firefox synced with one other computer currently. How can I get this other computer to sync properly?

A few things that you can try:
Disconnect and reconnect to Sync.
Delete the signedInUser.json file in the profile folder with Firefox closed and possibly delete the Weave folder as well.
Delete and re-create the FxA account.
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

So, you do have one device where Sync is working correctly - correct? And now you want to get the 2nd device connected back to Sync after OS and Firefox re-installation - correct?
Type about:sync-log in the URL bar and hit Enter.
Open the error log for when you first had trouble with the login to Sync. Then copy the contents of that log and paste the contents to http://pastebin.mozilla.org/ and give us the URL to that "pastebin" report.

If the latter, see this: Line 36. 1422344287310 Sync.BrowserIDManager INFO Username changed. Removing stored credentials.
Removing stored credentials. = I have no idea what that means - haven;t seen that before in a log.
Does the 2nd device still Sync properly? See if an error log appears on that device after running that Firefox installation and waiting a few minutes for Sync to connect to the server.
