If you right-click near the top of the message composer window, do you see a menu to show the Composition Toolbar?

In the 'Write window: Do you see the 'Composition' toolbar? The 'Composition' toolbar usually has the 'Send' , 'Spelling' , 'Security', 'Save' and 'Attach' buttons.

If yes: Do you see the 'Composition' Toolbar, but the 'Send' button is missing? If yes: Right click on the 'Composition' toolbar and select 'Customise' Either drag the 'Send' button onto the 'Composition' toolbar OR click on 'Restore Default set' button then click on 'Done'

If no, there is no 'Composition' toolbar: Do you see the 'Menu Bar' toolbar ? It usually has 'File', 'Edit', 'View' etc buttons. If yes: 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Composition Toolbar'

If no, there is no 'Menu Bar': Press the 'Alt' key on keyboard and this will temporarily show the 'Menu Bar' 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Menu Bar' to make permanent. Then enable the 'Composition Toolbar' 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select 'Composition Toolbar'
