Found one submitted crash report in this thread:

Note that if a line on the about:crashes page doesn't start with "bp-" then click the line to submit the report and the link will be updated and gets a "bp-" prefix if the report is submitted successfully. Please do not add the "bp-" prefix yourself.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.

Crash report that show as throttled weren't submitted to avoid overloading the crash server with too many similar reports.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-".

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page (about:support).

  • click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.

Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if that has effect.

  • Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox
  • Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox

(Responding to your list in the other thread)

If your Firefox is crashing right now, it appears that Firefox does not have a report about it, because the two most recent dates are Feb. 18, 2016 and Jan. 31, 2016. Unfortunately, it does not appear that either of those reports was submitted successfully (the report numbers did not convert to a clickable link).

Could you describe the symptoms you are experiencing in more detail -- what happens, and does anything in particular seem to precede the problem?

Are you seeing the Mozilla Crash Reporter or are you seeing a dialog from Windows 7 about the crash?

Or is Firefox freezing / nonresponsive? In that case, please see this article for suggestions: Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix.

Also, could could you test in Firefox's Safe Mode? In Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.

If Firefox is not running: Hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox.

If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
  • Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

and OK the restart.

Both scenarios: A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Refresh).

Any improvement?
