how can I restore thunderbird email from another drive?

I have a system with two hard drives. I can boot either Vista or Win7. both hard drives are available when booting into either os. my Win 7 os crashed an I since replaced the drive and restored all programs including Thunderbird. I want retrieve the address book and emails from the Vista drive into my Win7 drive. How can I do this? You can email me some suggestions. My email address is dan.matloff@yahoo.com Thanks, DanM
