I've been using Firefox for years with no issues but lately it has been constantly crashing and so has flash player. Mozilla has offered the same solutions to this problem and it does not work to fix anything. What gives?

I have same problem , Only browser EVER use , only one update had to remove as wasn't compatible with Roboform & that's a Must ! think last update is a disaster . It constantly stops responding & crashes at least 7x a day .Impossible to work . Told me how to submit crash to the forum , got screenshot & crashed & since then unable to get another screenshot , going out of my mind ...what do we do ???

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
