I am trying to go back to using Mozilla Thunderbird as my email program but I can't get it to accept my user name and password.

Thanks Todd for your reply. I have used Thunderbird in the past and now want to go back to it. I am not sure what version it is but it was installed 2 years ago. I have Windows 10. I want to use it for email. I cannot get into Thunderbird to use it. 1. Enter your password for "my email address on imap.gmail.com 2. Enter your password for "my outlook email address" on imap-mail.gmail.com 3. Enter your password for 'my name' on imap.telus.net

I think it is IMAP and outgoing server is SMTP.

One message that comes up is "Incoming server already exists"

I would be so grateful if someone could help me.
