I am using changing my ISP and need to remove several email address accounts from the old ISP.

I cannot find a place that tells me how to do this. Please advise.

Chosen solution

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Select the account you want to remove.
  3. Click the Account Actions button at the bottom.
  4. Click Remove Account.

Some users seem to be surprised that when they click Remove Account, it removes the account. So all the messages stored inside it vanish. If there is anything in this account that you want to keep, move it somewhere else first.

Hello Zenos,

Your solution solved my problem easily. Thank you so much. What I need to do is to look over the screen better. Once I know what to look for, I found it with no problem. Wiped out three Century Link email accounts. Hurrah.
