The title says it all. I just want you to know that you can add me to your list of users that has given up on your shitty browser. It used to work good but now it always chews through my memory (using more than 2GB's most of the time) and regularly locks up.

I have tried searching for resources for fixing this issue and have found none that worked. I will now be moving to using Internet Explorer. I will not be coming back to using Firefox as I have given your company AMPLE time to get your shit together as far as handling these performance issues. I have hoped and wished time and time again that installing one of the updates would fix the issue but alas it obviously doesn't seem to be a concern to your company.

The whole reason why I went to your browser in the first place is it used to be lightweight and run really fast. Now it's worse than any other browser I've worked with recently. Whomever runs your performance team should probably be canned due to the fact this issue has been present for so long and never been fixed (also many people make this exact same complaint about your browser).

I don't mean to be harsh but I think you really need to take a step back and look at your product to figure out how over time it has gotten so busted.

You have not posted any problems before. We can't help you if we don't know you need help.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
