Using the Outlook Express program, installed on Windows XP, I created a WAB file my contacts to be able to migrate my contacts in Thunderbird. But the result is that Thunderbird considers the export file as empty as he made 250 KB.

in the start menu type contact and open windows contacts use the import there.
