In last 2 weeks, after opening and running normally, I'm getting a crash report every time I close Firefox in the normal way.
Firefox appears to working normally. However during the last two weeks I am getting a crash report everytime I exit Firefox normally. There doesn't appear to be any problem - just thye constant crash reports.

After you update to Firefox 20.0.1, please let us know if Firefox is still crashing.

One issue with this is that although my automatic updating box is checked, the update history reveals that Firefox has not been updating. Neither will it generate an update process if I go the the Help: About...
Is there another way of triggering the update process or, should I download the latest version and install it manually? If so will I lose passwords favourites, bookmarks etc...
