constantly repeating email from walgreens is blocking anything else from appearing in my inbox.
An email received from Walgreens on 10/08/17 keeps repeating and nothing else is showing. It has blocked my inbox. Of note when I check my account on Xfinity this is not happening there and all my emails are appearing with no problem. This must be a Thunderbird problem I'm thinking. Help! Please! I've tried marking as junk, deleting and even turning off my computers but to no avail. Thanks! Suzanne Sams

Go to your providers Webmail site and delete the problem message or move it out of the Inbox.
