ff control center shows Info icon and says "this website does not supply ownership information" I cannot override the control center to enter site
Left click on information Icon and get World icon with website name and the words website is not secure. The second box shows tracking protection and no tracking detected. the 3rd is permissions with the words you have not given site any special permissions.
the 2nd and 3rd windows have no buttons or options
the first window has an arrow attached and when it is clicked, more text comes up that that says "info being sent is not secure" there is one button that opens the page info window. but there is no way to open the webpage!
I could care less about security on the particular site - I just want to access it.

That panel is reporting about the site, but not stopping you from using it. The main event is what is happening -- or not happening -- in the tab itself. I gather than the page is not loading at all, or is not loading correctly. Could you describe the problem in more detail?
