I have tried to open a bank statement, a credit card statement, and just a random website. Once it happened when I tried to print a label from EBay. It will open hundreds of the same site. I force shut down, run CCCleaner and it finally stops. Only to happen again in a few days. It started about a month ago. Haven't visited any weird sites.

Sounds that you once selected Firefox as the application to open PDF files, you should never do this. You can check the action for Portable Document Format (PDF) in "Options/Preferences -> General -> Applications" and make sure it is set to "Preview in Firefox".

You get tabs opening endlessly if you select Firefox as the application to handle a file when you get an "Open with" dialog.
