what happens if you save the XML file to your desktop and then open it?

What happens if you turn off the email scanning in your anti virus solution?

In the emails list, when i try to open email with xml file, thunderbird stop. I must restart thunderbird. Another emails work fine. If i put the xml file in a zip this problem don't hapenss.

I asked you what happened when you saved the file to your desktop and opened it from there. I also asked you what happened if you disabled your email scanner.

What I got in response was a reiteration of your original post. Please answer the question.

I cant save the file to my desktop. When I trie Thunderbird stops. When disabled email scanner do the same problem.
