crashes
I have been trying to install Firefox 19 but as soon as i click on the icon it crashes on me and then i can't even get out of that screen, it gets to the point that i have to do a hard reboot and i really hate doing that to my PC. And i really hate chrome and IE ain't any better. Please fix Firefox already so i can install it. Am suffering over here with these other browser's. Somebody help me and my issues.

Is this happening on a computer that is running Windows 8?
There is a problem on Windows 8 with Firefox 19 and AMD Radeon HD 6XXX/7XXX graphic display cards.
This issue is currently being investigated in bug 830531.
- bug 830531 - [Win8] crash in XPC_WN_Helper_NewResolve mainly with AMD Radeon HD 6290/6310/6320/7290/7310/7340
If you have one of those display cards then best is to stay with or downgrade to Firefox 18.0.2 for now.
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports that have this format:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

no this is for my windows 7 64bit, i just did a fresh install basically formatted my machine and harddrive to all zeros to make sure it wasnt my hd and am still getting these issues/ i love forefox so much and i depend on this browser alot. and now that its not working its really pissing me off. i dont know what to do, just incase here are some of my specs on my pc.
Win OS 7 64bit AMD chipset geforce 560 video card 8gigs of memory 1tb hd
not sure if that is going to help, but i really need this to be fixedi just dont know what to do anymore.
