When using the IncrediMail e-mail program I get "noScriptHtmlStrWithoutSource" error. Does this relate to the e-mail program or a Firegox problem. I did not get this before installing the latest version.

After installing the latest version of Firefox, my e-mail program IncrediMail will not open any messages. I keep getting, "noScriptHtmlStrWithoutSource_7". Also I cannot do a system restore and get error 0x80070005.

This happened

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."

If not, see this: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/troubleshooting+extensions+and+theme...

I noticed that even though Firefox is my default browser, I am getting this message from IE "C:\Users\Kay\AppData\Local\IM\Runtime\Message\{469F26CE-A5AE-4AEF-80BB-ABFB5E4E0597}\Show\noScriptHtmlStrWithoutSource_Prev_9.htm". It's as though the e-mail program can't communicate with Firefox at all.

You are making it hard to help you. First you didn't post the Troubleshooting Information that was requested when you started this thread, then you didn't follow through on my question about whether that happens in the Firefox SafeMode or not.

Based upon the information in these Incredimail support threads, your problem might be caused by the NoScript extension (you might be blocking something that needs to be allowed), clearing your temporary files (cache in Firefox) might solve it, or you might have a Malware / Spywate infection.

Please forgive any lack of information and the delay in replying to your message. This is very new to me so I am still learning. I have spent the last several days checking everything I could find on the internet relating to this problem. It does seem to have happened to others with Windows 7.

I have scanned my computer with three different spyware/malware programs and haven't found any problems.

I continued to have the same problem when I started Firefox in the safe mode.

Another user said there may be a registry corruption. Probably the '.htm' key is corrupted or missing. (Not sure what this means or how to fix it.) They said to refer it to Microsoft as "cannot open local html file with Internet Explorer". Microsoft referred me back to Incredimail. The Incredimail support told me to uninstall and reinstall the program. I was able to uninstall, but get no where when trying to reinstall. I have, at present, lost over 500 messages except on my backup which I cannot import because there doesn't seem to be any program there.

I hope this helps. I am willing to cooperate in any way if you need any further information.

Thank you for trying to help me.
