Yesterday I get 85.0 update for my Firefox and noticed one thing - all links that I open in Google search has strange dotted line around it. Never had this before with previous Firefox builds and don't have it with other browsers (checked this thing in Microsoft Edge). How can I fix it?

The dotted box -- called a focus ring -- indicates that the link the selected element in the page for navigation purposes. If you were to press the Enter key, it would "click" that element.

I notice the dotted box on other sites, so I don't think it is a change on Google. At this point, I don't know whether there is a preference to change related to this ring. Someone will need to search that.
