Firefox crashed while doing a "Refresh" and now will not start, or download.
I was doing a "Refresh" Session and Firefox crashed and my computer rebooted. I could no longer access Firefox and tried following the online instructions but nothing was working. It keeps saying Profile is inaccessible or missing. Someone in a forum had suggested removing the program and downloading again, but it keeps giving me the same error message when I try to download, so I can't use or access Firefox at all.
