I have used Explorer for many years and thought I would try FireFox... after downloading the program and going through installation including setting up an account, it said I needed to verify my e-mail. An email was sent to the AOL address, when I attempted to verify I got a message about an "error 500". Do I need to wait for a little while for firefox, go to chrome or just stay with explorer? Thanks for your help and support.

Hi, firstly, note that you do not need to setup an account to use Firefox - it is only needed for certain services - like Sync.

Please see if anything here helps -

Incidentally, you have an old version of Shockwave Flash (Flash player) - which can be a security risk, and can cause problems - Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A) > Plugins.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!
