When playing a video, the video will pause after 10 seconds, then resume and pause again. Videos will work fine in IE, so I'm assuming its a firefox issue.

Like I stated, playing videos in Internet Explorer works just fine. It only happens when playing in the Firefox browser.

This can be a problem with session restore.
Firefox stores session data every 10 seconds to make it possible to restore a crashed session.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Delete the files sessionstore.js [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

If you have (security) software that interferes with that or have many tabs open then that cause cause a delay.
Some have reported that increasing the session store saving interval worked for them.

Okay, I can find the firefox profile folder. I am unable to locate any folder or file containing sessionstor.js

I'm confused on on what to do after I get the firefox file folder open. Do you have any advice or other direction to make it a little easier to fix the problem?

Thanks!

Windows may be hiding the .js file extension, so you may only see a file sessionstore (check the properties to see the file type).
