Hello,

I love Mozilla Firefox but sometimes it crashes or sometimes I force close Mozilla (using procexp.exe or taskbar) so as to restart my laptop afresh after using it for couple of days... then I use tools such as CCleaner and others to clean up my laptop and restart my laptop but all along I was always confident that the next time I open Mozilla Firefox I will always get the option to recover all the many many webpages / browsers sessions that I had before the crash or before restarting the system.

However, today I notice that Mozilla Firefox did not giving this option to recover the previous webpages, instead it just opened a fresh Mozilla Firefox browser... thereby I lost all of the previous webpages (maybe 100+) that was open since the last 6 months!!! it is disastrous.

I have not done anything differently... has something changed?

- How can I get back the option to recover all the webpages that was closed/crashed?

- Is there any Mozilla Firefox add-on that could help in recover all the webpages that are force closed/crashed?

Would appreciate your early help /advice.

Kind regards, TJ

What is the startup setting?

Session restore works more reliable if you choose Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
