Hi everybody

My name is Italo and i am having a problem with Thunderbird.

I have an alert concerning my summary file for inbox and Thunderbird seems to be blocked on Linux

I work with a double boot machine Linux mint 19.3 tricia and Windows 10.

I encounter this problem since i passed from Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia to 19.3 tricia.

I have shared directories (NTFS) between W10 and Linux and Thunderbird is installed on both OS.

Is someone able to explain me what's wrong with my configuration ?

Regards Italo

looks like a Linux dialog. Do you have the same problem in Windows? There is a lot of information stored in preferences that is actually absolute paths to files, including the location of the mail for an account (Server settings has a "local Directory" for instance that is an absolute path including the drive letter) I am guessing you have used this setting to locate you mail data on a common location other that the default and it is described differently in Windows and Linux.

Dual boot Thunderbird with a shared profile is not going to work very well ever.
