At the top of the screen, where the apple logo is, it just says Firefox and nothing else. It used to come up with history and bookmarks, and now they only show up when I minimize Firefox. It only happened after I updated it to the most recent version. I used to like firefox but this is driving me crazy!

Try to rename/remove xulstore.json in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

In Mac OS X v10.7 and later, the ~/Library folder in the Home directory is a hidden folder.

It did not work. Its the tool bar at the top by the apple logo. Where the File, edit, view, history, bookmark thing is. It only shows up when I minimize my Firefox window and that's not when I need it.

It just comes up blank.

Hi, open the 3-bar menu > Customize, then at the bottom of the page, click Toolbars and select Menu Bar > Done.

The OP is on Mac, so the menu bar works differently and is under control of the Mac OS. I assume that the menu bar is visible, otherwise make sure you aren't in Full Screen mode.

Make sure you do not run Firefox in Full Screen mode (Mac: Command+Shift+F).
