Mail marked by TB as "junk" use to automatically move into my junk folder. As of a few days ago, it remains in my inbox and I have to manually use the tool "Delete mail marked as junk" to get rid of it. I would like to know why this changed and how to get it back to the old state.

I know, it seems like a different route to the same place and it should work. Computers! You got to love them.

I am using the first option of Junk folder on: "my email address." Actual email address left out on this post because this is a public forum. I see you edited yours out as I was typing. Good plan.

It looks like it would be the same place using the Other option but you could try switching to the 1st option.

This seems to have worked. Its a little troubling why the other way suddenly stopped working, but no matter. Thank you.
