My display of inbox and folders has disappeared,

The only way I can get my inbox to load is to click on "get messages," wait for the little popup box that appears whenever new messages arrive, and click on a message in the popup box. If the box closes before I do that,I can't see my inbox. Nothing on the menu under "view" fixes this. Any thoughts?

If that doesn't help. Go to help / troubleshooting information and open your profile Folder (Show folder- button) CLOSE THUNDERBIRD Rename (or delete) xulstore.json Restart T-bird
