Hello, do you have in privacy panel > History > CHECKED "Never remember history" ?

if yes, try to set it to "remember history" or "Use custom settings for history" and check it again.

hello, firefox won't save your passwords when you've set it up to run in permanent private browsing mode ("never remember history" in the options > privacy panel).
