I have ImportExportTools but still cannot see how to do this.

Mail and callendar has been imported.

Whole profile was not imported because auto install settings from outlook messed up initially.

Don't use ImportExportTools addon (Who would guess this?)

Use Tools/Import/address books (Address Books, not Contacts!)/text file .ldif
