Can't Download, FFox Freezes
Just had my OS reinstalled with Win 10. When I try to download anything from the web, FFox 74.0 freezes and need to exit it with End Task.
are there some settings I can look at? I tried Chrome and no problem downloading, Hope someone can help I like FFox more then the others.

I have adblocker ultimate, I bet that's the problem?
Disabled adblocker ultimate, my AV and firewall and still can't upload or download with FFox. I just tried Chrome and can. Anyone have any ideas?
I'd like to keep using Firefox.
You can boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
Yeah turns out it was a security program, so I deleted it and I can download again!

Well I thought that helped but it didn't. I can download programs doing the > Save File
what else can I do / try?

Can't Up Or Down Load Image file, FFox Freezes and I need to End task. I tried it in safe mode, same problem. I think this started when I had Win 10 installed on my Win 7 computer.
the tech who installed it put a 32 bit win 10 on my 64 bit system, but then my win 7 was also 32 bit.
even when I go to clear cookies from a site like this one https://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/ by clicking the padlock icon, and select Clear Cookies and Site data, it freezes.
