Isisombululo esikhethiwe

If you want to create an email that can be reused repeatedly. You compose the email and give it a suitable 'Subject' so easy to locate and then save as 'Template'. A Template email will be saved/located in the Templates folder. Template emails should not be in any other folder. A Template email is stored so that it can be reused again and again. To use it, you open the 'Templates' folder. Double click on selected Template email to open in a new Write message.

Template emails can also be used with eg: Mail Merge.

So what do you mean by wanting to copy a Template email - you do not keep several templates of same email - there is only the one - the Template. You can have different Template emails, but they would all be stored in the same Template folder.

Maybe you are talking about 'Drafts' ? A draft can be created either automatically or when you select to save as Draft. It is saved in the 'Drafts' folder. You can save a dtaft email if you have not finished composing it and want to keep a copy of the unfinished email. Then you can go back to it, open, edit and send as normal.

Perhaps there is some misunderstanding - I think you need to clarify what you mean; what you are trying to acheive. Do you really mean 'Template'?

I think you mean:

In an IMAP mail account, you have moved or Copied a received email from one folder into another folder. Then, immediately, you want to do the same with more received emails into the same target folder. So you highlight the next email you want to move and then Ctrl+Shift+M Note that you do need to select the email before using Ctrl+Shift+M (OR right click on email and select 'Move/Copy to xx folder again').

Please confirm that the target folder in IMAP mail account is a subscribed folder. Do you synchronise all your Imap mail account subscribed folders?
