Since updating Thunderbird crashes shortly after starting or sooner if I initiate an update check. If I pull the internet connection and the update check fails it doesn't crash.

I have rebooted my system and cleared my cache multiple times.
I just installed Firefox today.
No streaming service works. Not Prime, not Netflix, none of it. Only YouTube or other free sites. I'll hear audio only, but get stills or black screen for video. I've logged out of those sites, cleared those sites individual cache and cookies. I have disabled all add-ons for the streaming sites. I have ensured that autoplay is enabled for Firefox.
I don't know what else to do and I am in some distress over it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
