why is it taking over 10min. to receive a response from the direction "Contact Us"?

ON 2/5/13 I received a reply from Tyler Downer containing three links to use to download

 updates. The link to update Flash Player 11.5 has expired. What is the comparable link
 for Flash Player 11.6?
 I also need a link to update my Adobe Reader which will not download anything on-line.

Where did you click "Contact Us"??

Adobe software now has updaters built in. Try the following:

  • Windows Control Panel > Flash Player > Advanced tab > "Check Now" button
  • Adobe Reader (10 or 11) > Help > Check for Updates...

Thank you for your reply. I clicked contact us from the listing on the bottom of page one . It is also on the bottom of this page.

What is the link I can use to download Adobe Reader 11?  The download

from their site produced error1406, and deleted Adobe Reader 10 & 5 from my computer!
