Site Notification Forces Tab Focus Shift - can turn ON but can't turn OFF
So I am using some sites that have a habit of popping up a notification (due to 3rd party cookie blocking), and when this first occured the notification window had an option that allows Firefox to shift tab focus to the tabs when this notification popped up.
In my haste to close the windows, i accidentally put the setting to ON, when it occured again the option has completely disappeared and I can't turn it OFF, i even searched through about:config settings with no results.

Can you translate the text that is in the screenshot ?
If this is about Content Blocking then you can look in "Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Content Blocking and possibly Permissions"
Here's the translated text as requested:
'"Your browser has blocked 3rd party cookies, to avoid problems logging in, please disable cookie blocking via your browser's privacy settings - and try again"'
Of course, the problem isn't about cookie blocking, it's to do with the fact that in that window i posted a screenshot of, there used to be an additional checkbox which stated along the lines of "Allow [website] to focus on this tab when this message appears", defaulted to OFF , when I accidentally activated the settings in my haste to try close the windows, the setting simply disappeared, and I have no been able to find a way to turn the setting off (basically, having Firefox constantly pop tab focus whenever some chinese site doesn't like it blocking cookies - which is a LOT - is VERY annoying)
I hope this clarifies my concern and thank you for your help.
