We have developed web based application which integerates showmypc API to make vnc session in browser. In firefox 26 after opening a vnc session it open connection without any issue but when we tries to navigate to any link then it closes the opend vnc session, but earlier version of firefox it works fine as expected. It also works fine with other browsers like chrome and IE,But resolve this problem as soon as our customers are affected more and they are shifting to other browsers

I have found an existing bug that needs more information on this issue that sounds like the behavior that you are experiencing. It sounds like: Bug 960415 - firefox closes existing vnc session if tried to click on any link in firefox browser

They are looking for an example where this is happening, if you can provide the steps to reproduce this issue with the set up, a developer/engineer will be able to work more on this issue.

As Earlier mentioned in bug here are the steps to reproduce the issue.

1)Open VNC session in mozilla firefox 26.0 2)Keeps open connection active 3)Try to open another vnc connection 4)It closes the existing opened connection and can't open new connection also. 5)This issue is observed with only mozilla firefox 26.0 6)It is working in IE ,Chrome browsers

Please try to fix this issue or update us how to over come on this issue.
