I get this message Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent using Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.btinternet.com for an unknown reason. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.

Can you login on webmail?

Thanks Johann. Yes I can through bt mail. But I can't send messages with Mozilla Thunderbird as i stated above. Thanks

In order for us to better investigate this issue, we'll need some more information.

Could you please do the following:

  1. Open the menu Fx57Menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy text to Clipboard.
  2. Open a reply to this post, and paste your troubleshooting information.
